Performance Health Medical Group, Inc. (PHMG) has been serving our community for over 20 years, treating injuries and illness.

We are a multi-specialty health care provider with Chiropractors, Acupuncture, Podiatry, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedics (both spine and extremities), Neurology, Pain Management, Psychology,  Psychiatry and Licensed Physical Therapist.

Our facility has on site, state-of-the-art diagnostic testing i.e., computerized ROM, muscle testing, x-ray, EMG/NCV, EKG, laboratory and pharmacy.

We have on premise, a complete therapy department, which includes various passive modalities such as ultrasound, electrical/ H-wave stimulation, spinal intersegmental and long-axial traction.  We have active therapy equipment, which includes free weights, progressive-resistive exercise equipment and weight machines. 

Also, we offer the Pneumex Rehabilitation Program utilizing the Pneu-Back chair and Pneu-weight to provide neuromuscular re-education, spinal stabilization and for the treatment of various forms of scoliosis.
